Dental Lab Techniques

The Tooth Factory embraces cutting-edge technology to produce our superior-quality products. We utilize modern milling systems and the latest zirconia techniques. Most of our crowns, bridges and partials are done on epoxy models, and we check our dies under a microscope. We mill all titanium abutments and full zirconia bridges in our lab; no work is sent overseas.

Zirconia Crowns and Dental Bridges

Zirconia crowns and bridges pair innovative technology with a zirconium oxide base. The durability and esthetics of zirconia restorations represent the height of quality. Preparations require removal of less tooth structure, and cementation can be accomplished using proven, conventional techniques. Colorable frameworks that are thin and translucent ensure a natural and vital appearance. The result is ideal for single crowns and bridges of all sizes with multiple abutments, all of which offer strength, stability and outstanding marginal fit.

In-House Milling of Custom Titanium and Zirconia Abutments

Using the latest software and technology, we mill abutments in-house, resulting in improved abutment design and faster turnaround time. Our advanced techniques lead to lower costs and improved satisfaction, plus our depth of experience with the CAD/CAM technologies gives us the ability to design solutions for challenging dental implant cases.

Vitallium 2000 Frameworks

Vitallium 2000 is the new standard for premium chrome cobalt alloys. The composition of the alloy has been designed to maintain the legendary strength of chrome cobalt Vitallium while improving virtually all its working characteristics. The improved physical properties provide your patients with a partial denture of extraordinary strength, superior fracture resistance and smaller, lighter design applications.
